This is an absolute cracker of a dish that I’m sure the whole family will love.
Really simple to bash together and packing some hefty numbers on the protein.
Serves 4
Each portion:
588 calories
54g protein
12.5g fat
65g carbs
Shopping List:
600g chicken
800g tatties
1 tbsp cajun
1 tsp garlic puree
80g sundried tomatoes
4 bacon medallions
80g mozzerella
100g light soft cheese
1 white onion
3 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Step by step:
Cover the cubed tatties in cajun and a little spray oil then airfry at 200 for 18-20 mins (depending on the power of airfryer)
Fry off the bacon then remove and set aside
sauté the onion for 2 minutes then add the garlic puree and chicken followed by the Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-7 minutes then add in the tomato puree, sundried tomatoes and soft cheese.
Remove the chicken, add the tatties and layer then melt the cheese on top. I popped mine under the grill for 2-3 mins.
Finish with the cooked bacon and get stuck in 🔥
